Reporting to the Brand Manager Southern Europe you will be responsible for digital campaigns planning, creativity and analysis across digital platforms.

 

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY TASKS

 

DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT

In relation to both brand and ecom communication:

- together with the Brand Manager, works closely with the Media & Traffic Specialist to define the digital media strategy;

- responsible for planning each digital media campaign by briefing the media agency together with the Media & traffic Specialist;

- responsible for the adaptation of global communication materials / creation of local digital campaigns granting alignment on all digital platforms (pandora.net, Pandora Club, social media);

- works closely with the internal graphic designer with reference to adaptation / creation of digital assets for digital advertising;

- ensure spend optimization by driving the evolution to a data driven approach (audience building);

- responsible for approaching always-on.

Together with the brand manager, be proactive in identifying relevant digital activation projects (ie branded contents, digital contests..), deal with overall implementation (including legal requirements check and contract finalization) and closely collaborate with Social Medial Specialist for the ones  that have a social media impact/reach.

 ANALYSIS AND TOOL MANAGEMENT

In close collaboration with the Media & Traffic Specialist:

- responsible for the implementation of global Adtech and other digital tools/platform;

- responsible for driving a dynamic performance evaluation of all campaigns (traffic to the website, interest for drops/products) and provide weekly and monthly reports.

 

COMMUNICATION FLOW

Grant close and constant collaboration and alignment with Media & Traffic Specialist on the digital strategy and spend optimization

Grant close and constant collaboration and alignment with Social Media Specialist, Ecom and CRM Managers on each campaign

Ensure information cascading within the whole marketing team in relation to digital topics

Be the point of reference to EMEA/Global for all digital related topics

Cascade and support cluster markets for the related area of responsibility

 

TECHNICAL AND JOB RELATED COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

Highly specialized working knowledge and strong digital & social media background

Proficient in Google-Ads, Marketing Platform and Ads manager

Solid experience in working with digital data analysis

Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Fluent in English.

 

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

Approximately 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role, managing digital campaigns in an international retail/fast fashion/life-style/beauty organization.
