PANDORA Shared Service Centre (SSC) is part of Pandora Group, one of the world’s largest jewelry brands. SSC was established in Warsaw in 2012 and is responsible for the finance and accounting processes of a number of PANDORA entities across the EMEA region.

Job Description:
The person working as AP Specialist will be responsible for making sure critical suppliers for Pandora business are paid on time. The general scope of AP Specialist will be the root causes identification of all inefficiencies occuring in terms of critical suppliers, moreover proposing and implementing improvements in that area. A part from that AP Specialist will be the key contact person for the business, critical suppliers and AP team in regards with critical vendors. On top of that AP Specialist will have chance to participate in many different AP related project, which will lead to process improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
• Reconciling critical suppliers statement on a daily basis,
• Identifing missing invoices, asking invoice copies from vendors and identifing root-cause why the documents hasn't been sent to Basware,
• Identifing inefficiencies in critical suppliers end to end process and proposing solutions (different payment method; payment plan, etc.),
• Being a contact point for critical suppliers,
• Following up on debt collection letters with the debt collection aganecies, suppliers and the business,
• Working closely with whole AP team to make sure critical payments are done and suppliers are notified to avoid service disruptions,
• Preparing monthly report presenting KPI o critical suppliers payment on time, track it and seek for better result every month,
• Working closely with the business to update critical vendors list on a quarterly basis,
• Assisting in ad-hoc reports/presentation preparation,
• Assiting in AP releated projects completion.
• Fluent English,
• Fluency in usage of Microsoft Office tools, particularly in MS Excel,
• Experience in accounting or finance,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Sense of responsibility and ownership,
• Very good communication skills with people on different professional levels,
• Positive attitude with focus on issues resolution based on root causes found rather than people's faults.
