The PANDORA Shared Service Centre (SSC) was established in Warsaw, Poland, in 2012 and is responsible for the finance and accounting processes of a number of PANDORA entities across the EMEA region.


  • Timely handling incoming internal and external queries via email and phone.
  • Resolving complaints concerning payments, invoices and AP process.
  • Identifying the root-cause of issues addressed to AP department.
  • Preventing reoccurrence of issues and complaints by communicating it effectively with the team and supervisor.
  • Communicating between different departments to ensure proper resolution of queries raised.
  • Independently and effectively prioritizing received queries.
  • Addressing or re-directing accounting queries to relevant stakeholders, if their action is necessary.
  • Actively looks for potential improvements in the processes to decrease number of emails exchanged within the team.


  • Bachelor Degree, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management preferred.
  • Fluent English is a must and knowledge of other European language would be an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within area of customer service or accounting.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook, excel and Excel knowledge would be an asset).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can-do, pro-active and customer-oriented attitude.
