PANDORA, one of the world’s largest jewelry brands, is currently looking for a Junior Master Data Specialist for its Financial Shared Service Centre for EMEA Region in Warsaw, willing to support the success of this unique brand. Junior Master Data Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance of the Master Data set up in Microsoft Dynamics AX and related systems in a timely and accurate manner.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Act as the primary point of contact for business requests and questions related to the various areas in the company master data (e.g. price lists, vendor, etc.).
•Complete requests for master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data.
•Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into the system.
•Analyse and improve data quality, which includes running regular scheduled data audit reports.
•Answer phone calls from various stakeholders.
•Support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives.
•Complete ad hoc projects and analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

•Bachelor's degree (also in progress).
•Very good English is a must.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
•Customer orientation and passion for providing exceptional service to the business.
•Willingness to learn with can-do attitude.
