Pandora is looking for an experienced and skilled Head of Human Resources to help start up a new team focused on the Spanish market and realize the company’s vision as well as achieving important strategic goals. The  role as Head of Human Resources will be based in the city of Madrid and report directly to the Country Manager in Spain

As the Head of Human Resources you will be overall responsible for coordinating and managing the
HR department including all human resources activities and in-office reception facilities.
 
Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring the projecting, implementation, supervision and improvement of all HR processes and activities for employees & line management covering offices, stores and field.
 
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organizational planning (job descriptions, update of organization charts, etc.)
  • Recruiting and selection processes with Talent Acquisition focus
  • In/out and other HR communications
  • Performance management system and personal development reviews
  • Comp & Ben Programs
  • Learning & development programs, including the Sales training for the store population
  • Secure flow between the company and external payroll services provider and reports relate
  • HR KPI’s analysis and reporting
  • Headcount and FTE tracking and reporting
  • Guarantee  the payroll monthly and annual cycle for all population
  • Guarantee  the preparation and control of employment contracts and requested HR documents
  • Manage the interpretation and advising on employment legislation according to the local law.
  • Manage budgeting processes, employee costs and salary review process.
  • Supervise the reception and their activities

 PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Mastery of MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Good knowledge of HRM best practices and tools
  • Good knowledge of principles, methods, and practices related to hard HR activities
  • Expert in compliance, legal and governmental regulations
  • Proficient financial analysis
  • A positive leader
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Solid problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player attitude
  • The ideal candidate has solid experience in  HR and preferably as an HR Manager in an multi-national retail organization.
