PANDORA UK is searching for an
enthusiastic allocator to join our Merchandising team. This role’s main
responsibilities will be to execute allocations to all Owned & Operated stores, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

The Allocator will report to our Merchandise Trading Manager and be responsible for maintaining Owned & Operated stock levels in the business.

Other responsibilities will include, sample management, stock system maintenance and working with till providers on pricing & product maintenance.  The Allocator will also provide ad hoc administration support to the Merchandising team, as required.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Manage Owned & Operated stores weekly replenishment by setting up minimum and maximum stock requirements and maintaining replenishment system
  • Support with the weekly update of Owned & Operated WSSIs and manage stock cover
  • Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, including franchise partner reporting where required
  • Oversee retail calendar, propose and set up promotions
  • Identify store performance trends, risks and opportunities
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, taking on board concerns and opportunities to help drive the business forward
  • Maintain allocation and delivery schedule, ensuring this is communicated to the Retail team
  • Maintain trackers for new campaign orders
  • Manage order processing from sell-in’s
  • Liaise with till providers and supply them with pricing and promotional information as required
  • Maintain product database
  • Liaise with store staff regarding stock levels queries
  • Support with new store & acquisition builds

 

It is essential the successful candidate can demonstrate their ability to make recommendations to maximise sales through use of their strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Preferred candidates will have some experience using merchandise planning systems.
