PANDORA UK is searching for highly organised and
self-motivated Junior CRM Assistant

This newly created fixed-term role reports into the Senior CRM Officer, to support with all aspects of customer relationship marketing, including email, data analysis and data capture.

This role will have combined objectives to support both online sales through the PANDORA eSTORE and to drive footfall and sales in concept stores.

The Junior CRM Assistant will be an essential support, helping to ensure the global digital marketing strategy is implemented at a local level, in accordance with brand guidelines.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Support the Senior CRM Officer with the Email Contact calendar at local and global level, aligning with other departments including Social, Retail and VM
  • Handle the design, copy-writing, creative briefing and approval process for all email communications with the creative services agency, subject to review by Senior CRM Officer
  • Upload images, build and test emails in Adobe Campaign Manager (CRM tool) managing the end-to-end process, including email broadcast, data workflow and segmentation
  • Leverage global designed emails for the UK market localising content where necessary
  • Assist in the development of a robust email testing strategy, to include tests across all aspects, including creative, copy, segmentation, product and messaging
  • Work alongside Retail Marketing team to support with store-level email marketing, including localised event invites
  • First point of contact for stores and Area Managers regarding e-receipts, including reporting, support, development of receipt email campaigns, and installation in new stores
  •  Day-to-day management of transactional and flow emails to ensure all copy and creative is up to date with latest drops
  • Providing weekly reporting and measurement of each email, including both Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics data
  • Work closely with PANDORA’s online retailer network to ensure their email marketing is compliant with PANDORA brand guidelines, and to support with all requests in a timely manner
  •  Assist the Senior CRM Officer with the email programme strategy, from data analysis through to    creative concepts and reporting and optimisation


This role is extremely fast paced so requires someone who is very organised, who can prioritise and plan effectively.
It is essential candidates have an excellent grasp of the English language and grammar. They also need to have enthusiasm and passion for digital marketing and be able to adopt a result focused mindset, continually looking to improve.

The ideal candidate will have had some exposure to Adobe Campaign Manager.
