Junior Ecommerce Assistant (12 months fixed-term contract)

PANDORA UK is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Ecommerce Assistant to support our high performing Ecommerce department

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, the Junior Ecommerce Assistant will support a team of 5 with a wide variety of tasks, projects and campaigns ensuring the department is running smoothly.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

Working closely with the EMEA Ecommerce team on new e-store and developments
Managing timely product uploads, ensuring all description details are present and correct
Ensuring model and angled shots are consistent and updated onsite
Supporting the Ecommerce Coordinator and Ecommerce Manager with associated user acceptance testing on all new e-store functionality and report all issues, bugs and feature enhancements in the internal project management system
Assisting the Ecommerce Coordinator to reply to escalated customer service issues, to ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently, in a timely manner and aligned with store customer service levels
Building strong internal relationships with EMEA ecommerce, digital, creative, merchandising and wider marketing team
Assisting the Ecommerce Manager with all operational projects, including new logistics initiatives, online mystery shopping, packaging enhancements and customer service strategy
Assisting with website content management, merchandising and UAT as required
Delivering weekly competitor benchmark reports in order to highlight new development/testing opportunities

The ideal candidate will have an interest in ecommerce retail, be commercially astute, customer focused and sales driven.
