Reporting to the Head of Retail Marketing, the Retail Marketing Manager  is responsible for all retail marketing activities for PANDORA UK & Ireland.   This position has a commercial emphasis with the two main objectives of driving store footfall and revenue.  This person will be required to both nurture and challenge their 2 direct reports to devise marketing initiatives which deliver on the core objectives. 

You will be a senior member of the PANDORA UK Marketing team, helping to ensure the global marketing strategy and UK business initiatives are implemented at a local level, in-line with brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to in-store collateral, local events, store data capture and local media.

Key responsibilities include:

  •  Lead all aspects of the retail marketing strategy for PANDORA UK & Ireland 
  • Support the wider retail marketing team to plan, organise and execute all in-store events to a high level, considering how the ‘think local’ initiative can be activated in a cost and time efficient way
  • Work with Head of Retail Marketing to define the strategy for store events to ensure the best customer experience is offered and budget is maximised.  Focus on finding the most commercial solution to drive store footfall and revenue
  • Responsible for ensuring in-store collateral including brochures, digital screens, style guides and other materials align with global guidelines and other marketing areas (e.g. VM)
  • Communicate all marketing plans to stores, immediate business and partners, aligning with Retail Comms where necessary
  • Regularly visit PANDORA stores and franchise partners alongside the field team to develop relationships and identify further opportunities to drive revenue and footfall
  • Review weekly trade, high low and footfall reports to identify risks and opportunities
  • Lead the fortnightly critical path meeting ensuring all areas are represented
  • Work with the team on data capture opportunities, including Ecrebo digital receipts
  • Build and maintain a successful relationships across all other marketing departments, EMEA and global
