RETAIL SALES TRAINING COACH

Covering 60 owned and operated stores, this role’s region falls between the very North of Scotland and Birmingham, so the role includes extensive travel by car. Candidates should be based North of the UK and hold a full, clean driving licence. This role will spend full days in their stores a minimum of 4 times a week and manage their own diary, so a self-motivated attitude and strong organisation skills are essential. Reporting to the Retail Sales Training Manager, you will be part of a small Retail Sales Training team.

Key duties include:
- Coach PANDORA Store management in delivering fantastic retail service standards
- Support Store Managers to be able to interpret pre-written training material and present this to their teams in an engaging and informative style
- Confident in delivering presentations to large groups of people in an engaging, informative and inspirational style
- Lead trainer for Management Development training within your region, and support the wider training team outside of your region
- Interpret reports to analyse areas of development for your region
- PANDORA ambassador; always lead by example with a well presented appearance and positive behaviours, to motivate the store teams
- Work closely with the Sales Training Manager and Regional Sales Managers
- Determine training requirements of the store teams and individuals
- Continually feedback sales training ideas and best practice from the field to the Sales Training Manager
- Plan movements including hotels and travel up to 3 months in advance
- Support Sales Training Manager in delivery of RSM training
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Willing to travel extensively throughout the UK
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Intermediate skills in MS packages
