Do you want to play a vital role in PANDORA’s continued success?   We are looking for a Sales Director for our UK market who will bridge business objectives to achieve operational excellence.
In this role you will have the overall responsibility for retail sales in 230 stores across the UK, this includes 130 owned and operated stores and 100 franchise stores.   You will be managing a team of 4 Divisional Sales Managers and 21 Regional Sales Managers, with an overall responsibility for more than 1500 employees in the UK.  You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director for UK & Ireland.

The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue, profit and commercial growth of all retail channels, including owned & operated stores and wholesale channels.  This is to be achieved through high standards of leadership, relationship management and excellence in retail operations.  We expect our PANDORA employees to apply our core values of Pride, Passion and Performance to their position. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Identify sales and retail opportunities, developing and executing on the sales strategy to achieve UK revenue targets
  • Lead and manage the sales, operations and training teams, including settling clear objectives and KPI’s and driving a results orientated culture
  • Drive and improve retail operational excellence throughout all stores in the UK
  • Establish strong professional relationships with franchise partners and consistent retail execution throughout franchise stores
  • Work closely with the Finance and Merchandise teams to  prepare and maintain detailed sales budgets, forecasts and inventory sell-in
  • Work closely with Merchandising to analyse the retail business, identify areas for improvement and implement strategic and corrective initiatives
  • Effective Labour Management to optimise sales revenue, whilst maintaining strong cost controls across the business
  • Partner with the Management team to create solutions that drive revenue and profitability within the business
  • Coach and support development and growth of the team
  • Build strong relationships with the EMEA retail team and partner to implement improvements


  • Experience of a multi-site business for a large brand with high footfall and turnover
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations and the UK retail industry
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Proven ability to build and develop a successful team
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK (20%)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Strong financial skills and ability to work with all Microsoft office packages
  • Experience or knowledge of a franchise business model
