Job description
The S&OP team in PANDORA has a wide span of responsibilities within the planning of our value chain, covering Demand Planning, S&OP planning, Tactical planning and Inventory Management. We are heavily developing our global end-to-end inventory management and building improved end-to-end S&OP process anchored at the top in the organization. To succeed we need a strong S&OP manager to help drive and support this development.
 
You will work in a group function with global responsibility, high impact and high attention on progress and results.
 
In your role as a S&OP Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to work closely with our Group Finance function on our Inventory planning including provision planning, risk and scenario planning and have a central role in facilitating key decisions with upper management.
You will also have central responsibilities in developing our new and improved S&OP process combining and integrating our operations, financial and commercial business planning with anchoring at highest level of the organisation.
 
To succeed you will need leadership talent and a strongly collaborative mindset as well as being good on conceptual development – all combined with great analytical and financial skills.
 
You will have a close collaboration with rest of the S&OP team and Group Supply Chain as well as Group Finance, IT and all commercial and operation parts of our organization.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Developing and part of driving new integrated business planning and Executive S&OP process
  • Part of facilitating and preparing our monthly S&OP meetings both global and regional level
  • Drive and develop our global inventory provision and liquidation process together with Group Finance
  • Drive and develop our global inventory KPIs including continues development and target setting
  • Drive continuous development of our end-2-end inventory management processes in close collaboration with merchandizing, finance and operations
 
Professional Qualifications:
  • Solid experience working within Supply Chain and/or Finance, preferably within inventory management and controlling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner
  • Strong communication skills and you are great at interacting with many different stakeholders
  • Strong ability in developing new concepts and processes and strong in implementing these
  • Great talent for leadership and have drive and ambitions to become a leader in PANDORA
  • Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems, such as AX and Logility Voyager
  • Superuser of Microsoft Office programs
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
  • University degree at Masters level
