Life Leadership

At PANDORA, we recognise the key role management plays in shaping a responsible, whole-hearted and profitable company. Therefore, we have developed a unique, global leadership development programme primarily for Vice Presidents. The main purpose is to establish a cadre of global-level leaders who demonstrate a passion for performance and the PANDORA consumer.  

Life leadership  

The programme aims to develop participants’ mastery of various leadership levels and styles, increase understanding of PANDORA's global business from retailing to the consumer, to manufacturing, to design, and support group-wide coherence and networks. Among other development activities, Life Leadership requires participants to solve real business cases of strategic importance to PANDORA.

A vital part of the programme is the participants’ 360-degree evaluation by their own management, peers, partners and employees. During the first year, the participants go through four different modules that take them all around the globe and through all the different aspects of leadership and the PANDORA business. One of the modules is designed in cooperation with and takes place at the Harvard Business School in Boston, USA. The second year is designed to support leaders in applying the learning and achieve their ambitious goals.

Currently, three of the eight top management positions were recruited from the Life Leadership participants, and almost 60% of all participants have been promoted in PANDORA.
