Alexander has more than 25 years of leadership experience from large global consumer goods companies. Before joining Pandora, he was the CEO at childcare company Britax. Prior to that, he headed Reckitt Benckiser’s North American business and held international leadership positions at Procter & Gamble.
He has worked in the US, Europe and Scandinavia and led strategic international expansions delivering strong revenue gains.
Alexander is Swedish and has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Växjo University, Sweden.

Anders has 20 years’ experience as CFO of large global companies across among others retail (Pandora), chemicals (Hempel) and medtech (GN Store Nord). His focus throughout the career has been turnarounds and transformations.
Anders is Danish and has a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.

Byron ClaytonChief HR Officer (CHRO)Byron ClaytonChief HR Officer (CHRO)Byron Clayton has been the CHRO of Pandora since February 2023. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Byron has an extensive global track record and operational experience from some of Pandora’s key markets. He joined Pandora from a position as Deputy Chief People Officer at IKEA, supporting their global retail workforce and has held HR leadership positions at Nokia, Microsoft, Maersk, AstraZeneca, and Mercer.
Byron is a US citizen whose career has taken him around the world. He has lived and worked in the US, Singapore, Thailand, Finland, Denmark and the UK.
He holds a master’s degree in strategy and leadership from London Business School and bachelor’s degrees in human resources and psychology from the University of North Texas.

Berta de Pablos-Barbier has 30 years of executive experience from global luxury and consumer goods brands. Most recently, she served as the President & CEO of LVMH’s champagne brands Moët & Chandon, Dom Perignon and Mercier, where she spearheaded new innovations that elevated the brands and led to record results. Prior to that she was the Chief Growth Officer of Mars Wrigley and CMO of Lacoste, where she led the brand’s global repositioning. She also brings experience from the jewellery industry from her time as VP of Marketing & Communications at Kering-owned jeweller Boucheron.
Berta uniquely spans the consumer space from high-end to affordable luxury and has a very strong track record in defining and implementing compelling visions and growth strategies for great global brands.
Berta is a Spanish national and her career has developed internationally across the US, UK, France, Spain, Russia and the Middle East.

David has 25 years’ experience building and scaling digital consumer businesses in publishing and retail, including House of Fraser, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.
He has led digital marketing teams, engineering and product teams, and world-class data and analytics functions, always putting the customer at the heart of the digital story. At Pandora, David is leading the global digital transformation of the business.
David is English and has a Master’s Degree in History from University of Cambridge, England. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

Stephen has 35 years’ experience from a variety of globally-known retail and fashion companies, including Mexx, Valentino, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren, where he has held design leadership roles.
He is the passionate creator behind Pandora’s innovative product design, and with the creative team he finds inspiration in art, nature, music, films and cultural trends around the world.
Stephen is American and has a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University, North Carolina.

Jeerasage has been leading, for over 12 years, the manufacturing operations of one of the world’s leading fashion jewelry brands both in Thailand and Vietnam.
Prior joining the jewelry industry, for over twenty years, he has been leading supply chain and large mass production operations, in the watch industry for various multi-national companies across Switzerland, USA, Hong Kong SAR, China and Thailand.
Jeerasage is Thai and has a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chulalongkorn University of Thailand and an Ex-MBA, Thammasat University of Thailand.

Massimo BaseiChief Commercial Officer (CCO)Massimo BaseiChief Commercial Officer (CCO)Massimo Basei is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and has been with Pandora since July 2010.
Massimo joined Pandora as country manager for Italy in 2010. Since then, he has successfully taken on additional responsibility to lead commercial operations across all Pandora’s markets in Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa (SEMEA). As CCO, Massimo is responsible for Pandora's nine market clusters. He also oversees the company's retail excellence function, e-commerce, partner relations, merchandising, omnichannel network and omnichannel operations.
Massimo is Italian and holds an M.Sc. in economics from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
