Corporate social media principles

We are present on social media to keep you updated with what’s happening in our world, invite you into what it’s like to work for Pandora, and make it easy for you to ask questions and state your opinion on related topics.
We welcome feedback and comments and strive to respond to them where possible. So that we can ensure a pleasant and respectful environment, we kindly ask you to respect a few principles. We reserve the right to remove any comments or content that fall outside these principles at any time.

Language

Please refrain from using any profanity, explicit sexual references or inappropriate terminology.  

Pictures/videos

We do not accept any images or videos that show indecent, obscene or defamatory material.

Respect

We don’t accept any comments that harass, threaten of defame a person, entity, belief, or symbol. Negative posts or comments containing names or detailed descriptions of PANDORA employees or store personnel will be removed.

Third party sites

Often we will link to third parties, these are provided for information purposes only. We have no control over the contents of these sites, and accept no responsibility for them.

In addition, all internal information, documents or photography produced by Pandora is considered the intellectual property of the brand and will be removed from the social media page if posted without prior consent.

Please note the unauthorised use or publishing of any material that violates Pandora’s intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to, photography, price lists, logos and internal documents, will be removed.
